For over 30 years, he has managed various NFP organisations and associations across Australia. His roles have varied from dedicated Board Directors to CEO-level positions in small and large associations. These experiences have allowed him to witness firsthand the transformational impact of effective association management and leadership on the communities they serve. For the past 13 years, He has proudly served as the Executive Director of AES, an organisation that supports associations and not-for-profit organisations in Australia and New Zealand. The AES dedicated team comprises some of the country's most experienced and talented association executives and consultants.
