Paul is an Association all-rounder with experience leading policy, advocacy, membership, strategy and compliance over 12 years working in medical colleges. Paul recently took the opportunity to deep dive into all things membership while completing a (very slow) MBA and Certified Association Executive (CAE). When not pondering member value propositions, he’s franticly preparing for his impending family addition (it’s all fun and games until no one gets sleep!).

Carolin Sudkamp-Baldoni


Dr Carolin Sudkamp-Baldoni is the STEM Careers Coordinator in the Faculty of Science at the University of Melbourne.

Carolin holds a PhD in Communication Studies from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (USA) with expertise in organisational dynamics, worker experiences and identity.

Over the last eight years, Carolin has worked in public institutions and higher education in Germany, the USA, and Australia where she managed global awards and education programs. Currently, she oversees a career enrichment portfolio for science students. The portfolio supports students in building transferrable skills, meeting industry professionals, and solving real-world problems.
